  : Staff was so rude. I never been to this hotel and I was excited to check this place out. The night I tried checking in, there were two women working front. it was front desk woman and then the other woman was actually a manager I found out later she's only been working there for 3 months. To start off, I reserved a room online. I used my debit card to book and paid for the room online. It was a king bed room. The manager told me I had to get a new debit card because she thought my bank wasn't up to standards for her. For the record, my debit card is Chime. Who is she to tell me that I need to get a new bank?! I was so offended. It took 2 hours for me to check in. At first she told me that I wasn't able to check in because she didn't like my debit card. I told her that the room was already paid for. She charged me like $150 deposit and incidental fee. Even told me that I had to call the third party site because supposedly my room wasn't booked and paid for and she couldn't find it. So I went outside sat down, to take a breather, and figure out wtf I was going to do about finding another place to saty. Mind i just paid $150 for the room itself. It's not like I could just have Bank rolls of money to just book rooms. About 10 minutes later the manager come walking outside and saying she found my reservation. I really didn't want to stay there after the fact. I didn't even get an apology from either of them. She was talking to me like I was a kid telling me that I better not have no guests over. I write this place as zero

  : The pool was not even filled and that was why I booked here. If the pool was not going to be open they should have stated that prior to be booking
  : bathroom had black mold when we pointed it out they did nnothing

  : it made me question my safety the elevator was broke and i was on the third floorthe safety keycard door to the outside was broke it had a lot of people walking around going from room to room no continental breakfast as advertised

  : After reserving a room at your establishment and driving for 8 hours, I arrived to find the hotel closed and no longer in service. This is utterly unacceptable and has left me in an incredibly difficult situation without accommodation. I expect a prompt explanation for this oversight and immediate assistance in securing alternative lodging. Additionally, I demand a full refund for my reservation, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses I have incurred due to this negligence.
