  : Staff wanted to charge for early checkin, but had others in group who weren’t able to check in until an hour and a half after the 3pm checkin time. They didn’t receive a discount. There was a soccer team also staying at hotel, they were loud until 2:00am even though they were in their rooms, no one bothered to quiet them. My room only had one clean bath towel, I had to call to get more towels. Breakfast was not very good. Bagels were dry, gravy for biscuits was cold.

  : I will continue to shout from the roof tops forever! DO AWAY WITH THE NASTY GERM BREEDING BACTERIA PROMOTING CARPET! Also the lighting in the bathroom is so poor. And you need a full length mirror on the bathroom door so when ladies are fixing hair you can hands free see the back of your hair. Put it on the outside of the bathroom door, so you open the door and have a mirror behind you!. But BETTER, BRIGHTER LIGHTING IS VERY IMPORTANT! Also you need to get rid of cloth covered chairs. Again no different than carpet. The lighting in the room was fine. Just the BATHROOM LIGHTING.

  : We had an accessible room. The bathroom was very large which was nice. However with all of the accessibility hardware in a normal size tub made it very difficult to shower in, for both a disabled person and one without disabilities.

  : Friendly service, cool in room, good water pressure
  : Toilet kept running, sheets stained, floor dirty. Needs updated, cleaned and repaired. Hair dryer was fixed with a sealent and hot if your hand touched that spot.
