  : We waited 25+ minutes to check -in because front door was locked and desk clerk was nowhere to be found. No continental breakfast. Room was not mopped security lock was broke. No towels in room. Door didnt shut had a bad draft coming in and was cold.

  : Room keys never worked. Got moved to three different rooms. Ended up having the clerk open the door for us.

  : I didn't like my air conditioner was loud and when I closed the door, the door didnt latch so technically it was still open

  : The rooms was very clean and up to date.
  : The first problem I ran into at the property was that I was unable to check in at my scheduled time because of the abundance of people staying at the hotel I was asked to check back thirty minutes later because house keeping had been unable to get my room ready. My second problem is their programmer for the room doors didnt work so therefore every time we left and came back we had to notify staff to unlock the door. Thirdly we had no bath towels in our rooms.

  : Cleanliness . The chairs were so dirty. It was so dirty around the outside of the rooms. The bedding was thin and terrible .

  : NOTHING. I want my money refunded because of false advertising. This should not happen to weary travelers and to a husband with difficulty walking because he is in treatment for cancer. We are both in our 80s and this is false advertising.
  : We should have our money refunded because it was falsely advertised. There were no top sheets, no blankets, no towels. Had to go down stairs (no elevator) to get sheets, blankets and towels. No breakfast and no pool as advertised. I want my money refund.
