: Fantastic view from big terrace near the reception. Friendly staff even if english was a bit poor, but not a big issue. We were the only guest that day so very calm and we could enjoy the clean large pool among the olive trees. We had a nice view over the tuscany valley with the small town nearby (5min with car). Breakfast possible and we had nice ham and cheese toast, juice, coffe and an amazingly good chocolate cake! Must get the recipe! We also had a nice dinner w cheese, ham and pasta, all very tasty. A bottle of their own classico from 2013 was a perfect match. Very smooth and high class wine. Recommended. Have a glass of wine and look when the sun goes down among the hills. It is divine.

: The property was very quiet. It offered panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside, as well as a spacious parking lot. The location is only a short drive from the center of Greve.
: Totally inadequate heating (shut itself off completely at night) and blankets--fortunately I had with me a down jacket, long undies, wool socks, and an electric heater which I happened to have purchased to take back home. Remember, this is an old building with single-pane windows. The mattress was too hard, and unfortunately I didn't have a softer one in the car, can't think of everything... The dining room was also cold--I had to eat my limited breakfast with my coat on. There was a cat that very much wanted to accompany me to my room; if the weather had been warm enough to open the terrace door, I wouldn't have been able to make it stay outside.

: We had dinner at their restaurant. It was good pasta. Tasty and cooked El dente which was perfect. They served wine from their vineyard which was good.
: The hotel was ok except the pillows which were flat and hard. The staff was nice but not around if you wanted to ask a question. It really seemed as if they were winding down for the season.

: Beautiful location, very clean rooms. A fridge in each room would be helpful. The staff was very kind, friendly and answered all questions about surrounding area.
: Breakfast was just ok. Not much variety- no fresh fruit, which was very disappointing. No buffet so portions were limited as well as limited choices. They didnt have any staff at pool or the bar/restaurant in the evening so it was useless. WiFi did not work in rooms, only at bar area.
