A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note the following key handover times:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights:
- Arrival at 14:00
Departure at 12:00.

For stays of 7 nights or more:
- Arrival at 17:00
- Departure at 10:00

The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use cleaner, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid.

The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase.

Please note that the end of cleaning is included in the price depending on the typology of the accomodation, guest are requiered to clean their own kitchen.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

The wave pool area will be opened from the beginning of May until the end of August 2020.
