  : the place is so disappointing, doesnt worth the money and it is very noisy there you cant even sleep, I booked for 2 nights but couldnt stay and payed more to upgrade into the other hotel

  : Check-in staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Location was excellent, close in proximity to Grindelwald First visitor's centre. Our room looked onto the highstreet and mountains which was lovely. Lots of restaurants close by and around a 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station which was ideal. The main hotel (from what we saw) was beautiful.
  : Breakfast was not included in the pricing for Hotel Pinte. This cost 35 CHF per person which was steep for what it was. The breakfast was nice, although not worth 70 CHF per day. If you stay in the main hotel this may have been included. There were no tea making facilities in the Hotel Pinte bedrooms, however, there was a small communal 'tea room'. There was little stock in the tea room (it wasn't replenished during the 2 nights we stayed) and was left messy by other guests. Diners at the Pinte Restaurant used toilet facilities within the accommodation building which meant they could freely walk by guest bedrooms. Although you do have a lock on your door.

  : Clean, location is good. There is a restaurant on the first floor.
  : The height of the room is too low, and so small. I don't understand how this becomes 3 stars hotel. In addition, the hotel lobby is in another hotel.

  : check in was a little separated from building where room is located but staff was very helpful in finding the 'reception area'.
