A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that baby crib, children's chair, bed linen and towels are not included, guests can either bring their own, or contact the property in advance to rent a set.

Please note that for group bookings of 6 people or more, all of whom are below 25 years, a deposit is charged upon arrival.
