  : When I walked into the room I was given it was still dirty from the person before me, bed a mess, garbage and dirty towels on the floor. The second room I was given the door wasnt even locked when I opened it. The room smelled moldy and had a damp feeling. Also found some ants in the bathroom.

  : The night staff (Lucy/Luciana??) was super sweet, kind, and respectful! However the morning manager?? (unknown name) was rude and argumentative from my 1st conversation!!! We found bugs crawling up the wall in the bathroom, the morning before checking out. i killed 1 bug. and took a picture of it. Then, I started packing up to leave immediately!!!! Went to the front desk where I explained what had witnessed, and showed pictures!!!! The woman was upset from the start of the conversation, she rilled her eyes, bobbed her head, and raised her voice! I said "I was just letting you know their are bugs in room #101".. she said, "well they arent bed bugs...." I then claimed... I didn't know what type of bug it was, but it was a bug that I didn't want to take home with me. During discussion, she just walked away!!! So I said "what kind of fuckn bug is ot then, since you want to walk away!!". THEN i had 2 women up at the desk arguing with me. One being the (Lucy) woman from the night before. I asked for cooperates phone # and was threatened about the cops being called. I kept asking. Video footage will verify I was calm and just wanted to speak with someone about incident. (Unknown woman) called the cops. I meant them outside. Told the cop my story and showed pictures and was told to just leave. Which i was doing anyway. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Ive called EVERY day this week to speak with a manager and have told he is unable (Manager: Reggie)
  : After the way I was treated!!!! I WANT A REFUND.... when initially I was just trying to be helpful and let the staff know there are bugs crawling up the wall in room 101!!!

  : I DID NOT LIKE THAT THE HOTEL LIED AND SAID THAT I STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND I ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND CHARGED MY CARD AND LIED ABOUT CHECKED OUT.NEVER RECEIVED RECEIPT TO EMAIL ON THE DAY I CHECKED OUT. A WASTING OF BOOKING,CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK.FRUSTATED!
