  : The front desk was fine however the rooms that I recieved both had a horrible odor coming from the a/c as well as the blankets having stains on them and the carpets weren't clean the bathtub in one room (which both rooms had a shower head however neither room had a way to convert from bath to shower) the plunger did not work and in the other the water that was coming through was dirty as well as one of the rooms door handles did not lock at all even the deadbolt did not operate properly from the outside with the deadbolt locked i was able to open and walk into the room when i brought up the odor and stains to the front desk they had one of the staff go and look and all he did was say it was clean and pulled the blankets off the bed and then the same staff member proceeded to follow my family member(s) around the hotel as they were talking to either the front desk to settle things or to return to the room to gather our belongings.
