  : Location and views were stunning. The facilities were warm and comfortable. Easy access to roads and Flm. Check in/out straight forward. Good cooking facilities. Parking right outside cabin.

  : Nobody was in the area when we arrive, cabin was too cold and internet did not work. After we arrived the owner solved the temperature issue with an extra heater, that was good, but the internet never worked.

  : it's a cabin, for a cabin its good, however it's not that of a big place. but overall the place is welcoming and great stop along the way
  : I thought room will be bigger, but there isnt a big place to move between the beds

  : Most horrible customer service we have experienced anywhere in the world. While we were traveling to this location during one of the worst storms in Norway in 25 years, we advised the property that we may get there after check-in time. The instructions provided to check-in were vague. We got there before check-in time, but nobody was available at reception or via call. Upon check-in, we messaged the property that we had to leave early for our train in Flam. We didnt get any instructions on check-out and again no one was present at reception. We dropped our keys in the express check-out box and assumed they can charge the credit card that was used for booking. We get a message during the day saying we left without paying and threats that they will be contacting the police and also informing all other properties in Norway to make our life miserable. Whoa! We have never been treated like this! We provided a credit card to book and left that information for you to bill is. Horrible. We had to come back to the property and pay manually and did not even receive an apology for all the inconvenience. In addition, the property changed their rules about bedding and harassed about that. The door to the room was not lockable! The room was full of flies and bugs when we got inside.
