  : If one can’t afford to be right on the beach, this is the next best thing. No buildings at all across the street to block your ocean view. Liked the small decorative details (pictures, lamps, etc,). Liked being right beside the elevator so never had to walk far. Though parking was a little tight, always was able to find a parking place. Maintenance was quick.
  : Slatted blinds on patio door kept falling off. Housekeeping didn’t totally make bunk beds (left top sheet folded on top of bed so I had to pull off comforter and remake bed). Traffic noise is loud on patio so even though the view is nice, don’t expect to hear the ocean. A few maintenance problems (smoke alarm dangling down from ceiling from a wire, bedroom pole lamp missing on/off knob so couldn’t turn on, bedroom bedside lamp’s bulb mechanism was loose and hanging sideways so that bulb was against shade, 4 slats missing from patio door blinds when we arrived). Maintenance came quickly and fixed most of the problems, though the blind slats just fell off again. Disliked 2 brown rugs in bathroom. They looked dirty and one of them kept the bathroom door from closing. It’s possible they weren’t dirty, but need to just get rid of those.

  : Liked the location.
  : The TVs did not work. The shower did not have a mat in it, very slippery & dangerous. The tub did not drain well, there was 6” of water while showering. The shower scram at us when it was running. The mattresses where horrible. The bunks just had thin foam on them. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The chairs on the deck where so flimsy we thought they were braking when we sat in them.
