  : like the location of facility. condo was clean, well stocked with utensils and dishes. close ness to beaches was good. love dealing with the owner , they were very helpful and answered all questions up front. Hope they have other units for our next visit!!
  : will opt for 2nd or 3rd floor next time in lieu of ground floor. sand dunes blocked view of beaches when sitting on balcony. had to stand to see waves at the shore, the beach patrol seemed only to come through on weekend and appeared to be selective as to who they would stop about glass and beer, and cabanas / pop ups. washing machines rip people off, believe it is due to not having coins collected readily,

  : Location is wonderful right on the beach. Two separate bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms- worked well for two couples. Reasonable price, good value. Close to everything.
  : The place is a bit run down. Garbage disposal doesn't work. Sign do not use... just fix it or take it out. Cabinets have vinyl covering that was beginning to come off.

  : The sun was out ever day.
  : The condo is in poor shape. Didn’t have enough towels, 1/2 roll of tp in each bathroom. Not enough kitchen etc. windows dirty inside and out. Trim coming loose from the walls. Bugs in the corners. Everything old and out dated. Now waiting 22 days for Deposit refund just to find out they are charging us to replace a seal in the kitchen faucet. Which is maintenance. That should be the owners responsibility for their up-keep not ours the renters. Pay a little more and book somewhere else.
