  : The location can't be beat! You can see the Hangout from the building! It's right on the Beach with a ocean view!
  : The staff was very rude on multiple encounters. The condo was in need of repairs to the cold water in the bathroom it didn't work at all. So we only had 1 bathroom. The pillows and blankets were horrible take your own. Will never stay again as a family there's too much furniture in this condo. Parking is not what it seams. If you have multiple vehicles don't stay in the east building. You'll have to park 2 blocks away in a random unsecure lot. I had to pay parking on 1 vehicle on site & 1 was 2 blocks away even tho there was plenty of spots available at all times. It was also advertised as we could park both for a fee. However it wasn't true. They said the west building can have 2 so I tried to buy a spot there they wouldn't let me since we was staying in the east building. Very frustrated! They told us it only was allowed to park 2 in the winter! There was a travel baseball team that stayed there that took up the whole grill area both afternoons we was there when we politely asked to grill they wouldn't ask them to share even tho it had been over an hour. We was patient. They had loud boom boxes with them by the grill/pool area! Very vulgar music! We had a 11yr old we couldn't swim when they was out there! They had stuff everywhere you had to step over to get to the pool. We complained to the front desk yet nothing was done either day! Customer service is horrible here!

  : The location. In the beach and within walking or a short drive from many things.
  : Bathroom towels were dirty, shower had hair in it & a set of custom eyelashes fell out of a folded towel. The shower water was luke warm temperature at best. There was an unadvertised $50 parking fee. I provided the owner an opportunity to respond-none.

  : The dishes were but away and they were dirty. Silverware, bowls, plates, wooden spoons, spatulas, pans. Everything. Very disappointing and gross! Master shower light was leaking from the above condo. Very dangerous and unacceptable. Same drain as shower and possible toilet??? Not fixed due to the long progress, got reimbursed 10%. Frankly, not enough. Thats contamination and mold issues. Health issues all around.
