: Due to remodeling or storm damage repair, I had to park my car a good distance from our unit after unpacking. Only one slot was allowed adjacent to the studio I rented. When my wife packed the car without me in order to pick me up after I finished a day of business, a horrible orange sticker threatening removal of the car by a towing agency at my expense was pasted on the windshield of my car. Apparently, my wife who is 68 years old took too long in the loading and unloading single parking space to pack our clothing. The glue and residual paper from the ticket have been very hard to remove, even with a razor knife. The room was hot. When I opened the door to the air conditioner closet, the filter had been removed and there was a dirty wash cloth next to the unit. This was during Covid-19 and the cleanliness and disinfecting guidelines! I was appalled... The people in the room above us were noisy and their stomping woke us up every morning way too early fr our needs.

: had a lot of trouble with Maintaince issues refrigerator was messed up I lost my food , sink drain was broke I had to prop it open with my picc , toilet paper holder on cabinet was broken and the roughest toilet paper I have ever used , they advertise washer and dryer but you had to pay for them , the condo pictures a larger place it was very small when you get there in the living dining area
