  : The location is great, in the small gezellig center.Breakfast was fine.
  : 1. Bad response when it comes to customers need help, especially when we complaint our room needs extra clean or we couldn’t managed to find our room! (We stayed in a suit and it was hidden from another entrance) 2. We paid for this suit and got a really dirty room it probably haven’t been cleaned for long time, dust everywhere, poort quality. After asking for cleaning, the floor still nasty and they left the cleaning tools/liquid in the room! 3. If you are just staying for work or short, no bother this location would make your trip easier, BUT if you care about your staying quality and friendly/caring staff, we would definitely not recommend this one.

  : The location of the hotel is great, just a few meters from bars and restaurants. The staff was in general friendly and kind.
  : Breakfast was served only after 8:30 and not 7:30 as said in the hotel's website. The excuse for this was Corona-crisis, but imho 1.5 years is enough to adjust your service (or your website) to the current situation. Apart for that, the breakfast was just fine, a bit short. There was no room service, again because of the corona-crisis, so no cleaning. That would be fine if the room would have been clean when we arrived, which was not the case (dust and hairs were everywhere). The room was also lacking maintenance: the wash basin was clogged (we notified it, so hopefully it is solved for the next customer) and the beds are outdated (you can feel the springs on your back...). Wifi signal (free) was weak and couldn't connect at all.
