  : We booked for its amenities. Supposed to have bar/restaurant on-site and pool and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately,the bar/restaurant was closed since October but website still advertised it. Jacuzzi was closed too. They would no refund anything.

  : Service wasnt the greatest. For the price we paid, was disappointing that breakfast wasnt included. Had to pay an additional $15US per person. Rooms werent cleaned during the day, has to call and ask for clean towels.

  : The first room was noticeably musty and damp. You could see a bead of water coming out from under the bathroom tile trim. The carpet was wet in areas. Both of us had respiratory issues immediately from the smell of mold. The ceiling was freshly painted over the water damage and there were new water bubbles forming under the paint due to the heavy rain that day. The worst of it all was the mosquitoes in the room. Its been wet in there long enough that mosquitoes were thriving in it. We moved to a second room. The floor was dry, but the water damaged, peeling ceiling paint had been scotch taped in dozens of places. There was an exhaust fan running continuously in the bathroom and the switch to turn it off was broken. It howled all night. It was completely coated in a brown thick film of filth. The first girl we spoke to was super kind and understanding and moved us. However, she wanted to keep our convo at a whisper due to other patrons near by. I asked her to speak up 4 times and she continued to whisper and look their way. This is not how you communicate with the public. Especially if they ask you to speak up. What would a hearing impaired person do in this case? Some definite public relations training is needed for her. The next morning the manager greeted me and asked how our night was. Normally I wouldnt say anything, but he asked. He offered to give me a full refund once I went through booking.com It took several days, 4 calls from booking.com and myself to that manager, but I got the refund. The manager was kind, friendly and understanding. I feel the staff is fully aware of the crumbling structure at which they work. The water &electrical damage is extensive enough, theres no debating. The hotels structural issues are in abundance. I feel for the owner who will have to pay to renovate or tear it down. The health hazards are potentially deadly for the wrong visitor. Stagnant water, must, mold can kill a person with asthma or allergies.
