  : Kathy, the onsite manager, is very friendly and helpful. She checked us in, showed us our room, prepared breakfast the next day (she did an excellent job with that), and checked us out when it was time to leave. She has implemented some changes that has resulted in the property being a better stay for the guests. More needs to be done, but with someone like her helping out, it won't be long before this property goes from average to great! The hotel was clean.
  : The twin beds were narrow (even for twin beds). The bathroom sink was way too small. There needs to be a mirror, end tables and shelves in the room (or at least hooks) to facilitate unpacking. The sign outside announcing the hotel desperately needs a paint job. This could be a really cute hotel and the location is great, but it does need some attention.
