  : Everything was great. Food, room, pools. Wi-fi works perfect. We were with a little boy and was easy to get to the pool using only the robe and the towel.

  : the room was big and the bed was confortable. Direct acces to the spa. Reasonable food
  : Our 4 yr old got a massive burn on the arm from the bed lamp because it has a halogen incandescent light bulb that over-heated. The hotel should replace the lamp with something less dangerous because it took only a split second to accidentally touch the lamp with the side of the arm (near the elbow) and he got a 6 cm burn. It is really dangerous. We had to leave 2 days early because the boy could not bathe because of the burn.

  : Food was ok. During winter, being able to access the indoor pools and thermal baths directly from hotel is the main advantage.
  : This is the second time that we are staying in a odd smelling room. The thermostat in the room did not appear to function properly, so it was very hot in the room during the night. It was like it was preset for a specific temperature and whatever temperature you were setting, it ignored it.

  : The waterpark is right out of the hotel with facilities from the hotel until the park. Great breakfast!
  : Too far a walk and food was very heavy for dinner.

  : Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were amazing with children.Rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobes.Easy access to spa and outdoor pools as well as right in the centre of the evening Entertainments outside. We had our rooms on the street side (very noisy) but as soon as we closed the balcony door it was very quiet in the room.
  : Was a surprise to know we had to pay extra for the slides which we thought was included. Next time I will double check any add on with the hotel directly.Disabled bathroom was tricky to keep clean but after we asked for a mop (keep in the bathroom throughout our stay) that was ok.Not the hotels fault but would never book another massage there. Wellness staff are not friendly, not a smile at all but looking miserable. Also my 60 min was cut short by 10min. It killed the feel altogether.
