  : The location is lovely, the garden is nice also with seating in the front and back garden areas. The inn is within walking distance to the town and the beach. We stayed in the Briar Rose room, it was clean and cozy. It offered a fantastic gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The lobby offered complementary wine throughout our stay, and there were freshly baked chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival.
  : The inn website stated that our room had a sea view and that the rooms were soundproof. The only complaint about the room is the carpet, it could use a good cleaning. Though the room faced the direction of the sea, there was no view. Also, the rooms are far from soundproof. We could hear normal conversations in the adjoining rooms, all foot traffic end doors opening and closing often. The city picked up trash at 4:30 AM and the magnitude of noise startled us awake. I would’ve been nice to know to expect that.The breakfast offered is not on site, but a short walk into the town. The food was not tasty but the environment was pleasant with both indoor and outdoor seating.

  : Charming hotel, greeted by loads of flowers and cozy interiors. Stayed in the Botticelli room; was spacious enough to accommodate two large open suitcases. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stayed early May and it was quiet at night. Free parking onsite. Short jog down to the coastal trail and very close to the main road with restaurants, cafes and gift shops.
  : Although the bathroom was large, the shower was not very practical, very difficult not to splash everywhere. Could also highly benefit from some hooks to dry towels. The breakfast (included) at the nearby cafe was ok but not a highlight of the trip.

  : Included breakfast- in town was OK. About one mile to Francis Beach (10$ parking). Nice garden
  : Clawfoot bathtub was not good, room 'with view' not there, view of what? No check-in response until 4 pm(leave a voicemail), carpet was dirty, TV was disappointing; size, sound, controls.

  : We got vouchers for breakfast at a close by bakery, which was very nice.
  : The mattress was too soft for our standards. But this is very personal. Our bedroom didn't have enough space. Since we were travelling for a while with big suitcases, it was difficult even to walk around the room.

  : The hotel services was horrible. There was no one to check in and the electricity went out in the morning of my stay. When I called the front desk there was no apology or anything, they just said they didnt know electricity was going to be out.

  : Comfortable room, good facilities, good communication with check-in details when our flight was delayed. Good breakfast. Near to airport. Easy parking.
  : We never saw a member of staff in the 2 days we were there so that was a little odd. We were given no information about the lounge with the complimentary drinks. Breakfast was offsite and a walk away. There was a planned electricity cut off the last morning we we there which we weren't informed about and only knew about from a notice in a local shop. Dur8ng that no one asked if they could help us with anything.
