  : Beachwalk is a nice place and well located.We stayed before and other apartments were great....this one was awfull.
  : The place was very dirty. Old and stained carpets, dirty dishes, pots and pans and 2 broken glasses.The sofas and furniture seem as they have not been washed for a very long time.The comforter of the main bed (queen) was stained from what seemed to be urine so we could not use the bed for 2 nights...We informed the management company of the property, Wondevacation Homes about the issues the very next day following our arrival and requested a change of apartment or place, which was denied. After multiple communications back and forth, after 2 whole days their crew showed up and just changed the comforter for one of a single bed and very runned down....Due to the poor state of the apartment and poor service we have requested a compensation from Wondervacation Homes and we have not received any reply yet from their management even acknowledging the issues and communications...We had stayed before at Beachwalk a couple of times and there are very nice apartments... this was the worst by far ... so much that at this stage we have decided to never return to Beachwalk althought it is not their fault.Avoid this place and Wondevacation Homes.... this apartment was anything but "stunning" as advertised by them.

  : The apartment was very comfortable. Very spacious. We had everything we needed.
  : There are 2 elevators but they are extremely slow. They need a service elevator for housekeeping. I've waited up to 15 minutes to get an elevator to go down stairs. I was on the 19th floor.

  : Location and pool were the best things about this property.
  : The carpets were filthy!! We tried to get in touch with the property manager and no one ever called us back. They sent 2 young girls to come and asses the blood stains on the bed and they said it wasn't blood and left. It was clearly blood as we are in the nursing industry we should know. No one has yet to get back to us.
