  : Beautiful industrial design of the building end beautiful interior in the room, I guess specifically designed for the room. Very clean. Excellent location at the Elbe. Nice bar at the upper floor of the building.
  : Only one chair in the room, so one of us had to sit on the bed. The room was spaceous enough for 2 chairs. After taking a shower the floor of the bathroom was completely wet.

  : I booked a room with a river view and we were given a room without, totally disappointing. The flushing system, not sure what it is makes a lot of noise when showering or using the toilet, that was very uncomfortable

  : I recently stayed at Ginn Hotel, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing:1. **Noise Levels**: The noise during the night was unbearable. I could hear the flushing of toilets from adjacent rooms, which was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep multiple times. Additionally, there was consistent yelling and loud conversations from people in the hallways around 2 a.m., making it impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, a nightclub across the street contributed to the constant noise, further compounding the disturbance.2. **Lack of Proper Climate Control**: The room was hot during the night, and there was no proper air conditioning or heating. The only way to cool down the room was by opening the windows, which amplified the external noise. There was a small fan available, but it was placed on a top shelf and was inaccessible without climbing on top of the desk, which was dangerous.3. **No In-Room Phone**: There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk or reception, making it difficult to request assistance or report issues. This is a basic amenity that should be available in every room for guest convenience and safety.4. **Unpleasant Odor**: The room had an unpleasant smell, indicating that it had not been properly maintained or cleaned before my arrival. This significantly affected the overall comfort of my stay.5. **Poor Cleanliness**: There were hairs in the shower that were clearly not mine, as my hair is not blonde or even close to it. This was extremely off-putting and raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.Furthermore, I requested a refund for these issues three days ago, but I have not heard back after being told I would be contacted about this problem. I had to pay for these phone calls, including international fees, yet no one has solved my problem. As a result, I had to move to another hotel, even without a
