  : The location was spot on.
  : The cleanliness of this hotel is disgusting to say the very least. Our room wasn’t cleaned. There was white stains on the lounger- I’d say take a guess at what that dry and crusty stuff was, there was pubic hair in the shower , the bathroom floor wasn’t mopped and was sticky everywhere the tile was. The mattress sides were dirty. I asked the cleaners twice Friday and Saturday morning if they would clean and leave towels- that never happened. Asked front desk last night for towels that I needed 3 and he said I have some in the dryer come back in 20 mins. I came back and was waiting , two ladies walked up and he gave them the three towels and gave me one hand towel. I explained that I needed three towels and he walked to the back and came back with one more hand towel.

  : I usually reserve room at the holiday inn hotels when I travel, but with this time we are disappointed. The room wasn’t clean. Bugs were on the sleeping sofa. Stains and hair found on the bed sheets, like they were never washed. We asked to change the room but the front desk staff said they are booked. There was a baseball game. We slept three people on each double bed and it was not a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately we couldn’t rest….Body wash in the shower was empty. Towels were for 2 people. We asked for extra. Cups and coffee for 2. We were 5 guests.It was a bad experience not like usual and the uncleanliness overall really ruined our stayThank you
