  : The staff is fine. We requested rooms we've had before. They put us in other rooms and even read our request. There was NO ONE in the rooms we requested the entire time we were there. That was rooms #111 and #113.We had 8 people in our group. I paid for 8 people in these rooms. Everyday we had to ask for towels. The beds in our room, #117, was like a skit from I Love Lucy. We had to roll at same time so no one fell into the mattress hole. The shower floor in #117 had water under the bottom. It was interesting trying not to fall. The tub also had bad stains. Our money will go to a VRBO.

  : the ac worked pretty well. The water was hot. the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was not friendly. The first person was ok, but the older foreign man and a German girl/lady were curt and not welcoming like I was a bother. Crazy considering there was hardly anyone there. On my last day there I met ONE of the cleaning ladies who was an older lady with short hair. She was very kind and friendly and took the time to speak with me even though I pulled her from a room. I could see she took her job of cleaning seriously as there was sweat pouring off of her.
  : The appearance on the outside is dilapidated and dirty/moldy looking chairs. the TV wouldn't come on. The shower had a tub that was squishy on the bottom with water. I was happy to note I didn't feel any spaces underneath that felt like I'd fall through but omg.. that's scary. The ceiling had been put back up with some kind of wood pieces that looked like someone just drilled them up there to keep the roof from caving in. Also for anyone who is mold sensitive this would make you ill.

  : Single floor plan to park the motorcycles outside your door.Chairs provided to sit outside.
  : Cant open any windows, no air flow. Needs a deep cleaning. Needed to use our camping supplies for showers. We know NOT to stay here when we complete the C&O trail ! Talked with other folks that were there from the trail and had their bikes damaged in the garage they were told to put them in no apologies nor did they offer to help get them fixed! Nothing to offer-but there is a restaurant across the road.

  : The musty smell was so strong it actually made my luggage smell. The fear of bed bugs. No continental breakfast as advertised.
