Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children are not allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Apartments/Rooms Exhibition Center CONZEPTplus agency in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The properties may look different from the photos, as the photos are only examples.

Please note that families who normally live in these rooms and apartments move out during your stay.

Please note that there is no reception. The address and the email address are those of the CONZEPTplus office. You will receive the exact address of the accommodation separately by email from the room agency, along with necessary information about your stay.

Please let CONZEPTplus know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord:

1 room apartment = 100 EUR
2 room apartment = 200 EUR
3 room apartment = 300 EUR
4 room apartment = 400 EUR

Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively.
