  : Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Location of the hotel was great, peaceful and calm place.
  : At night it was cold in the room. Also, the type of meat was not marked, since we do not eat pork it was the biggest problem.

  : Breakfast selection was good. Only coffee could be better.
  : Room was facing park behind the hotel. It was dark all day and very cold. We had rainy days with low temperatures and they did not heat at all so I got sick. Since no heating towels nor bathing suite did not dry so had to take it wet next day to the spa. All clothes were kind of wet as well. Mattress in the bed was very soft so my back got fixed after first night. Tried to turn it up side down and it was better. Also the main hotel door remained unlocked all day long and as there was staff at the reception only few hours in the morning anybody could enter hotel any time. Some guests were leaving room key at the reception during the day... Meaning anybody could take keys and walk in their room. Unsafe hotel. As I got sick here we decided to leave one night early even it was paid. This stay was a huge disappointment for me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.
