  : Location is perfect...view of the sea from third floor window lovely.Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.This is a very elegant building and obviously needs lots of TLC,but ,although a bit "tired" it ticked all the boxes for us.We have been before and will definitely be back.......fantastic value.
  : Would have liked a bar for friendly drink and a restaurant (no disrespect but not into Indian food).Apart from that ....whats not to like!!

  : Very convenient location on seafront. On-street parking quite reasonable. All usual amenities in room, ensuite, TV, free tea and coffee. Good price for accommodation.
  : Property is a bit tired. Some parts look worn or not working. No breakfast available but Wetherspoons nearby!

  : I've stayed at this hotel in the past and knew what to expect. The location is on the seafront and very convenient for the old and new town. There is an Indian restaurant in the same location. Underground parking that is chargeable is just outside the hotel. Sea views are good.
  : The hotel really does need a refresh. It was clean but decidedly tired looking. Outdated bathroom but a good shower. Wifi needs to be free and available in all rooms not just public areas as the lobby is not somewhere you would want to sit for any length of time - sofas in the entrance area. A 10% discount voucher should be given for use in the Indian restaurant as it is easy to forget that you are entitled and too easy for the staff to forget to discount your bill.

  : The Hotel was situated on the sea front it would of been nice to of seen it from my room instead of the bins and someone elses room
  : the room was very small and the bed was sadly very uncomfortable, the view from my room was the bins and someone elses room,and everynight around midnight we heard them emptying there bottles into the bin
