  : It cool I wouldn't stay here again or suggest anyone stay here either they never gave my deposit back, and they charged my card twice. I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was told only the regional manager could send me back deposit because he's never there. The clerk at the front desk wasn't nice at all. Then, when she called me and gave me the number, I was told to text him, how professional is that? Just give me back the deposit. So, no, this worst experience I would never tell anyone to stay here.

  : The location was optimal.
  : We recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The property was dirty, there was visible food debris (e.i. chicken bones), broken glass, and trash on the walkways and near the entranceways. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. To make matters worse, they canceled our 8-night reservation after the property manager saw our service dogs on the second day and accused us of having pets on the property. When we checked in, we were asked by the front desk for documentation proof of the dogs being service animals, which we provided. Despite stating to the manager, again, that they were service animals, the manager then accused the dogs of barking, which they didn't do. We travel a lot, including flights, and have never had any complaints. I reported the manager for his unprofessionalism to corporate.
