Beautiful 3-bed stone barn in idyllic Hawkshead

  : The property was very clean and modern and had good facilities. We were very cosy all week and had a great time exploring the area. We were visiting as an extended family - grandparents, parents and small children. A perfect property for adults or older children.
  : A stair gate would have been very useful so that the toddler could move around more. I would have liked to have been able to work out how to use the washing machine as a drier as we unfortunately had a lot of wet weather.

  : In the description it said the walk into Hawkeshead was 8 min. They may have been talking about getting to the middle of Hawkeshead. We found in 2 min we were on the edge of Hawkeshead which was perfect
  : Friends had mentioned there was no face cloths and we had to ask for toilet paper
