  : The room could be cleaner. Walls are not noise proof. At the check-in it took some time to prepare the room.

  : Lots of character in the neighborhood and building both inside and out--very classic; old wooden banistered stairs, old paintings on the walls and I think the ceilings were about 4-5 meters high! Quiet neighborhood with good local restaurants, yet only a few blocks from the entrence to the old town, shopping area and bridge that crosses over to the riverside park and more restaurants. A short 10 min walk to the Westat/sudstat (sp?)train stop. And, overall, I think this was just about the cheapest place in the city that wasn't a hostel.
  : At some point in the past they added a small sink/counter/hotplate/cupboard with small fridge below. Nice idea but it only left a very small space to walk between that and the bed to get to the bathroom. So small a space the fridge could not be opened all the way. Good fridge though--good size and left my drinks icey cold. And, since there was no air conditioning ice cold drinks were the only thing to make the temps barable. I rented the place knowing there wasn't aircon but it was an exceptionally hot couple days (around 35C, maybe 90F). The floor seemed a little dusty as well--felt like I really needed slippers.

  : the location is good not far away from the several famous scenic spots and there is also a single bed in the room
  : the room when I first time entered was not locked and I didnt get the access to the Wi-Fi

  : there were no towels so we had to ask for them. There was no soap and no bathing liquid. In the shower cabin, the water is released in an unusual way, and since there was no one at the reception after 19:00, we were lucky to find a neighbor who showed us how to turn on the water.

  : It was clean and had a great location.
  : Not sure if this was the issue of the owner or the state, but unfortunately it was cold there, because the heating would be turned on, only on the 30th sept.Other than that, even though the room was clearly clean, there was a weird smell to the room, couldnt pinpoint to what it was.

  : Location is close to restaurants and town.
  : Older hotel with no elevator. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never showed up. No coffee in morning although listing stated that there would be. Kitchenette in room but not useable...no microwave, kettle toaster or coffee maker. No utensils or plates. Bathroom shower and sink cut off in a minute. Saves on water expense but inconvenience for guests.
