  : The apartment was specious and clean. The bedrooms were good size and beds comfortable. The living room however had tiny outdated TV (no option to cast your netflix for example), the sofa was small and not particularly comfortable. There were no instructions on how to use sauna, so you had to do trial and error until figuring it out.
  : The place is run by children. Girls at the reception were professional and friendly, however this is not to be said for a rude girl working at the restaurant that was very unhelpful and obviously enjoying telling you off without trying to help. We asked if we could order dinner to go and take it to our apartment (with our own box to put food in) as the place was fully reserved, she told us that "Sie koennen gerne bei Imbiss essen" and would not even listen. She was obviously enjoying telling us she could not help. She could learn a thing or two about hospitality but given there was no adult face to be seen around, I wonder from whom. The Imbiss we were sent to stank of old rancid oil from 50 meters away. The second restaurant advertised both on Booking and Dormio website was closed. The changing facilities for the swimming pool have long time ago seen its best days. The walls were dirty and grey, and the changing rooms looked unhygienic. The swimming pool water was too cold. They are however situated at a wonderful location but you cannot call yourself "luxurious resort" just because you are situated in the pretty surroundings.

  : The location is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay is worth the money. Sure deserves another visit maybe this time in the summer.

  : The facilities available in the resort were good and we enjoyed staying here. Sauna, warm swimmin pool,, kids play zone, restaurant etc.
  : The parking is across the road and the resort is on the down slope on the other side of the road. So every time you need to climb up and reach your car. If the parking is near your property, then it would have been much better
