  : acess to the condo was difficult steep incline from front parking lot to condo no way to enter other than long walk around building with rough turrain hauling all our luggage. I reported that my husband fell the walkway is steep and at and angle making it difficult to walk with no hand rail and not even a question as to how he was. condo needed cleaning had to clean porch myself before we could use the porch, kitchen appliances were dirty and toilets were not cleaned.sent pictures immediatiatly to vasa was told they would report it. whoever cleans your condo sweeps the trash crumbs etc in the vent in kitchen floor you may want to check it before it becomes clogged causing air conditioning problems.

  : We were never told that this is a 2 story facility with a very steep walkway to the unit. We were traveling as seniors, some over 80 that had a tremendous difficulty gaining access to the unit especially when the walkway was wet. No handrails are provided along any part of the walkway. Add to that the one single person could not go up the steep stairs and that left questionable bed sizes for a couple. While they do provide a visitor slot for parking, it too it down a steep hill which is difficult for elderly to navigate, especially on wet pavement covered with leaves. Again, not only no handrail, but no walkway. While we asked about some of these items before booking, we were given incomplete or incorrect answers. We also asked about convenience to downtown but their idea of a few blocks and ours differ greatly. You'll need to take your car everywhere. Lastly, they charge you to look for an item left behind. I will never use this company again to book my vacations.

  : Centrally located but quiet location. Roomy and functional.
  : Killed numerous roaches. It looks like the place is not being used much! Refridgerator door shelves broken. TV remote impossible out!!!!! Contacted the property manager and never heard from her. Upon further inquiry it turns out that the property manager WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED by Vacasa! The call the property services still showed incorrect information in their records!!!! not good!
