  : The cottage was lovely, very spacious and well furnished. The scones, cream and jam on arrival were a very welcome touch and there was brew kit provided as well. The log fire was really nice on a cold wintry day as well.
  : Whilst very very minor points; the access track to the property is narrow and muddy, although reasonably well kept; and the parking is tight for more than a couple of cars to be able to enter, turn around and exit.

  : The property was very spacious, clean and was well equipped with everyone we asked for.
  : Some products such as bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc there was only 1 extra provided therefore we could only use the dishwasher twice and had to limit what we put in the indoor bin during our week long stay.

  : Helpful/ friendly owners, very clean, excellent facilities & perfect for large groups/ family's.
  : Visited various locations in Cornwall, and this accommodation tops all previous as an all-rounder. Good location/great veiws & a very spacious clean cottage, with excellent facilities.Owners very welcoming & friendly. They also dealt with 2 unforeseeable issues we had promptly. Only hygiene issue we had, the drain from bathroom in annex, got gradually more smelly creating a slightly moldy smell in the sleeping area, wasn't awful. Personal view recommendations- a small TV & mini fridge would pair with the kettle/coffee you already provide in the annex to create a more independent living space. Ash tray/or bucket in the garden area.Print out of instructions, for the cooker dishwasher, washer/dryer so as not to rely on the online pdf's solely. Spare lighter bedding provided for annex, but not main bedroom in cottage. Very loud creaky stairs/floor boards- I know this can rarely be helped but if staying with children can be problem with no downstairs bathroom. All in all brilliant stay & would definitely stay again. Thank you:)
