  : The bed was hard, said it was a Mountain View but wasn’t, the people above was noisy heard them till 1:00 in the morning. No place to park close to the studio I reserve. Had to ask for sheets for the hard futon that a person I was with had to sleep on.

  : It was a beautiful property. It was close enough to Hendersonville to go have a wonderful breakfast and visit several wineries. Their Elevations Restaurant looks out onto the mountains which is perfect for sunset. The menu was priced reasonable to have just appetizers or full entree. The chef and staff there were extremely friendly. Our meal was cooked perfectly. The bar is very small but the bar manager was over the top super and friendly.
  : The promised view of our cabin accommodations from both booking.com and their personal web-site shows each room having mountain and river views. Neither of which were true. I really wish they would not show generalized pictures when you are booking so far away. I even upgraded according to booking.com. We had a beautiful forest view with a glimpse of "mud creek". We had a couple of hick ups in the beginning with the room situation but the manager corrected the situation for both things quickly and the rest of our trip was just perfect. The view is beautiful at their restaurant and pool deck just not necessarily from your room. It would have been nice also if they would have put a reminder in their correspondence that the bar and restaurant go together and they are both closed Sunday and Monday's. We like to end the night with a glass of wine, be close to the room, and this was a bit disappointing. They show happy pictures of people and events held at the property which doesn't pertain to the services the regular hotel or cabin guest might want or get to experience on an average stay. I really feel like the descriptions and pictures on both sites should be re-worked. Just state the lower cabins are the smaller size rooms with shared balconies and forest view near walking trail. Then state the upper cabins are two stories with private balconies with sunlight views of the forest. I talked with a hotel guest and they didn't have a mountain or river view either, "not what was depicted on booking.com for the property" according to her. Up-dated or more accurate information would make this place much more successful.

  : The landscaped backdrop was beautiful. The decor in the hallway to our room, was awesome.
  : The room and accommodations, were not anything close to that of a resort. We paid for the "suite" in the main hotel house, that was more like a 2 star hotel, suite. The "spa" did not really exist. They filled 2 hot tubs outside, one with ice water (with a 9X12 piece of paper that state it was an ice bath) and one they heated like a hot tub. Interesting. The playground was a wooden swing set, similar to my neighbor's. And the fumes coming from the restaurant, funneled into our bathroom vent. We had our baby's "pack in play" in the larger sized bathroom, who had to wake up coughing in the restaurant's cigarette smoke, which our baby already is immunocompromised with Autism. It was awful. Finally, the communication style of texting a strange number and talking to a few random people, was extremely uncomfortable. One women, who I was required to call (also strange), upon arrival, was rather rude (as if I needed to just text) despite my courteous tone. The directions to get into our room, for the "resort" property, were both annoying and strange. After all was said and done, I would say this "resort" is charging double, for what is more like 2 star motel, on their best day.
