Bedrooms have luxury bathrooms with signature Champneys toiletries. All rooms have a flat-screen TV/DVD and some have scenic views of the River Hiz which runs through the tranquil grounds. Champneys is set in a historical country house between Bedford and Luton and Cambridge is a 40-minute drive. There is free on-site parking and central London is just an hours’ drive away.

Please note that guests have free access to the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and exercise classes, from 17:00 until 10:00. Use of these facilities outside of these hours will be subject to an extra charge of GBP 55 per person, per day.
The package quoted is a nightly Bed & Breakfast rate. With an arrival time of 5pm. It does not include access to the resort, spa or facilities before the 5pm arrival time and after the 10am check out.
If booking consecutive nights, guests are required to leave the site between these times. Guests are invited to stay on site daily between the hours of 10am and 5pm where a £55 per person per day facility charge is payable at reception on arrival. This charge does include lunch.
Please note that additional charges apply for the use of the spa and restaurant facilities.

DRESS CODE:
Sportswear is permitted throughout the day. However, at dinner guests are asked to wear smart casual clothing. No work wear of any kind, including work boots, will be permitted in the dining or relaxation areas. Any person not adhering to the Champneys dress code will be politely asked to change.
