  : The location and breakfast were fine.
  : My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel which was not cheap and they never cleaned the room. Allow me to preface this review by saying that we can go 4 nights without the room being cleaned. However, the towels were not replaced, nor was the bar of soap, and the garbage cans were not movies. The toilet had rust stains and the shower drain was clogged with hair and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bath towels were paper thin. The room smelled like smoke even though we booked a non smoking room. Twice we had to go to the front desk to get new towels. One of these times they gave us hand towels instead of bath towels. We asked for bar soap and got shampoo. The sign on the bathroom mirror in our room said the room would be cleaned every other day. The third morning, we told the front desk staff that our room had not been cleaned the day before and we wanted it cleaned. The lady at the front desk said they only clean the rooms every 3rd day. We advised her that the bathroom mirror in our room said the rooms would be cleaned every other day and she said that rule must’ve changed. Additionally, she told us they had 98 rooms to clean that day bc there was some type of softball tournament. I’m not sure how that was our problem. You should take care of the guests staying at the hotel before worrying about rooms that were being vacated. Later that same day, the cleaning staff was cleaning the room across from us. We saw that the chart did not include our room so we told the maintenance guy who happened to be walking by and he said what room are your so awe told him and he said I got u! When we came home that night our room still had not been cleaned. They never emptied the garbage cans in our room. Both elevators were out of order for a couple of hours one day. When we arrived back at the hotel on our final night, there was a homeless person sleeping on the front lawn of the hotel.

  : The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean. We would stay here again. I liked the environmental approach.... refillable shampoos, conditioners, etc. No little bottles for the landfill. We enjoyed the outdoor pool too.
  : The first morning was crowded for breakfast and the attendant was no where to be found. People were getting upset because everything was running out, or gone. The young lady finally returned and got thing in order in no time. But several people left upset before she got there.Our room was never cleaned.... but someone had been in there because our AC was turned way lower than we had it and the bathroom sink had been unstopped. We had to get fresh towels and extra pillows from the front desk.

  : We had requested a crib or pack and play for one of the rooms we booked. For the first couple of hours we were told hotel staff were looking for a crib and only after 11 PM they notified us there is none available. The entire hotel had only 1 crib, which was used by another costumer. Upon sharing my frustration and disappointment that they only had 1 crib/pack and play, which was not ready before our arrival (a fairly standard accommodation in many hotels), nor were we notified prior (as then we could have gone and bought one from Target or similar store to assure safe sleeping) hotel front desk assured me I will get my refund through booking.com. I never received the refund from hotel and they never bothered to respond back to me or to booking.com representatives.

  : Location and the A/C.
  : The bed was so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The floor in my room was filthy. There was smelly filth under the metal plate in the shower. Your free, so-called breakfast was horrible. I was there for three mornings, and you didn't have orange juice, yogurt, or fruit for two of the mornings. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water, the omelets were dry, and the pastries were dry and tasteless. I gave you a try, but I'm taking my business back to Holiday Inn Express.
