  : the apartment was brilliant it was just the stair were completely unsafe.
  : the stairs going to the property were unsafe where my partner fell down the stairs and couldnt find any staff there to report it.

  : The landing areas were very echoey so was loud when people were going in and out of their rooms. Could have done with a secure area down stairs for leaving buggys , it was very tiring carrying the buggy up and down the stairs.

  : Great location right in the centre of Hereford. Within walking distance from shops, cinemas, cathedral and other cultural attractions. The apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining table, bed and lounge area with sofa bed. The apartment is suitable for families. Nicely decorated apartment, comfortable and clean.
  : An elevator. Apartment was on the top floor.
