  : Liked the amount of room. Living area very comfortable.Nice kitchen area, but did not use it. The showe. was hot and had better than average pressure. .
  : Pull out bed was poor, it was not very comfortable at all. The bed dipped down on both top and bottom, up in the middle. Could provide newer hideabed with better mattress.

  : Usability. Including dishes and glassware was pleasant. And the included breakfast was a good and well staffed.
  : Changed the locks in the middle of or stay without warning or notice on door pots and pans where falling apart door was stiff and hard to open when we got there. The units are actually apart of best western and give no notice or mention it to you in messages. Staff were stand offish while not rude we where never greated nor aprotched at any time by staff. No cleaning items where provided like paper towels or dish towels. Would not call it luxury but it is a full apartment...sorta.

  : As a family of 5 with 2 adult children, the suite was perfect for us. We had brought a lot of food along and having a full sized fridge was perfect.
  : I cant think of anything currently. My husband said the outdoor pool was over-chlorinated. But nothing major we can think of

  : Breakfast was very good although it was exact the same all 6 mornings. Pancake or waffle once would have been nice. Also Front desk communicated to me that since we had to leave before 6:30, Continental breakfast would be set out for us, but that word did not get to the nice guy setting out the breakfast so we started our 44.5 Mickelson trail ride without breakfast. Communication is important.
  : The apartment was comfortable enough but very minimally stocked. No dish rags or towels. No peeler. We did have fun trying to figure out how to get by with so little kitchen equipment.

  : I didn't like anything about experience. I tried to contact Best Western. Check in place to let them know I was stranded after two no shows from UBer and 1 No Show from Lyft. I contact Best Western. To let them know I would be later than midnight and called several .minutes before midnight. No answer at front desk, I left a voice mail no return call. I didn't have a place to sleep the entire night and.no response and I was still charged from Booking.com I'm very upset and want to get issue resolved and was charged for apt that I did t get an opportunity to stay

  : Close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and other areas to visit.
  : Could have had better breakfast items, muffins were not fresh, potatoes weren't fresh or done, didn't serve biscuits with SOS one day? *Shower broke but they were able to fix it quickly. *There were two very nosey items that were bothering 1) The refrigerator was running all night even after turning it down to a lower temperature. 2) We could hear a fan running non-stop 24hrs a day for the three 4 nights we stayed there, it was very annoying, sounded like it was a fan from the apartment downstairs under our bathroom, it was not our bathroom fan or our refrigerator! *The carpets make the place look old & dingey.
