  : Staff werent very friendly, had an allergic reaction to the bed couldnt sleep at all constant itching and huge welts on both arms never happened to me before! I said in advance I am disabled but wasnt replied to and didnt know the restaurant was on first floor with no lift access!

  : Ms Kelly agreed to change the room from 720 the end of 2 halls to a room nearer (she put Extra efforts due to Chronic Osteoarthritis) to reception and main entrance after my daughter explained.
  : Restaurant has no hot chocolate.And one the male staff told me "if there's nothing wrong with the room,we can't change.

  : The pods into Heathrow. This place was perfect for overnight stay, we arrived late (about 10.35pm) and left very early (5am). The pods were perfect for getting too and from the airport. The room was a basic overnight airport hotel but clean with crisp bedding. Check in was quick and efficient.
  : The twin beds were very close together.almost flinching.

  : Good location to the airport, rooms are spacious comfy.
  : The food in the restaurant wasnt the best. I order a club sandwich and for some reason they put cold scrambled egg in it! Bearing in mind the rest of the sandwich was warm, not a pleasant taste. The phone in my room also did not work.

  : Its reasonably close to T5 and the pods were working this time which was a bonus. No waiting time either. Check in was easy too, and staff at reception really helpful with advice and happy to help.
  : Disappointing runway restaurant was being refurbed as the kids love this. The staff in the restaurant were the least friendly in the whole hotel, which spoiled dinner to be honest. Asked for ketchup and was brought mayonnaise. Asked for a spoon and was brought a fork. When I politely pointed this out, waiting staff rolled eyes at me which I found rude. To have a service charge of 12.5% added without agreement given the poor service, was also disappointing. I notice in previous reviews people have mentioned attitude of staff, and hotel responds with advising this will be fed back. Clearly the feeding back doesnt make any difference. Perhaps leadership from top down needs to be considered as this really isnt acceptable.Food is ok, expensive, but what do you expect in a hotel close to the airport. Interesting price changes depending on peak months - in March we got two rooms for the same price as a room Ive booked in June.I knew there was no lift but its something for everyone to bear in mind. The whole hotel is extremely dated and tired, and whilst clean, the mildew in the bathroom was poor. Rooms are also very small but do the job.
