  : Amazing location outside of Hilo; communication with the Inn was excellent and needed as the road to the Inn was far from the gate access. Definitely try to arrive pre-dark so you can find your way in the first time. Interesting Room was pleasant-different "themes" for each room. Listening to the waterfall in your room added to the ambience. Breakfast was good-fresh fruits and a good omelet. The bamboo trail to the waterfalls was interesting; maybe add more signage? Enjoyed meeting other travelers in the more informal setting in "our house".

  : Our room (Jade) needs several things added such as hooks in the bath for towels. Also mirror in bath hung to low.

  : The view was spectacular as were the falls. Nice quiet location where you can sleep hearing the water and birds chirping. Great breakfast included and made to order.
  : The furnishings showed some wear, and could tell unit was pet friendly.

  : The showers were good pressure and warm. They are outdoor and a bit of a walk from the cabin. Toilets are clean but a walk from the cabin which isnt a big deal but a little annoying at night when its raining and you need to use them.Its a community and the members were helpful and friendly. One community member made us coffee every morning. Big cooking and living space in the barn. The community members are happy for you to use their kitchen and gear. They have a seperate fridge for guest use. Free access to the waterfall from the hotel that associated with the community. The waterfall is pretty amazing! Sounds of nature at night was really nice.
  : Sheets were clean but had a smell to them. No locks on our cabin door. All our stuff was safe and never did I feel uncomfortable leaving things there, but we had a car and kept our valuables with us. Only USB charging ports available in cabins. If you wanted to charge anything bigger or only had USBC you would need to head to the barn to charge through a Power Point. Only half the windows in the cabin had curtains.

  : We stayed near the Barn, in a cabin with communal bathroom and kitchen that the staff and work awayers use. The whole is stunning and really well kept, and we loved how private the cabin felt. The showers were great and toilets always clean. The staff were always supportive, and having access to a private waterfall and section of the river was a massive treat. We would definitely stay again.
  : Our only critique was lack of mosquito net in the cabin. Although we were careful with keeping the door closed, we still got bitten during the night. A mosquito net that hangs over the bed would definitely be beneficial.

  : The waterfall was rushing due to all the rain. It wasnt swimmable. The staff were walking around barefoot with dirty feet in the kitchen. The light fixture hanging above the table was full of dead bugs. Screens on our doors were ripped allowing mosquitoes to enter the house, there were just two rusted chairs for outdoor seating. Everything was in a state of disarray everywhere on the property. Staff were weird, zero skills in hospitality.
  : Everything about it was a disaster. Would not recommend. Could be a really cool space if someone that actually knew how to operate a bed and breakfast The rooms were musty and the furniture was gross and broken down. The place is a hot mess. Would not recommend.
