: It had a small washer and dryer and dishwasher
: The unit definitely needs an update! The mattress in the bedroom feels like you are sleeping on a piece of plywood. It was barely big enough for 1 person let alone 2 adults. No sleep!

: Close to the beach and the bike trails were fabulous
: The property had not been used for several weeks so when we turned on the hot water to take a shower or run the dishwasher or even wash our hands there was a foul smell, like rotten eggs or sewer smell. After contacting the maintenance staff we were told that we would have to drain the hot water tank to get rid of the sulphur that had built up in the tank from non-use. After that was completed, the bathtub had to be thoroughly cleaned of a black residue from the sulphur. So, two out of three days we had to put up with a terrible smell and then take care of fixing the problem ourselves. Not too enjoyable!
