  : Location was a short bike ride from the ocean
  : Dirty. Bugs in the unit. Showers clogged with hair wouldn’t drain. Walked into a dirty bathroom towel with blood hanging in the door. Trash in the balcony. And neighbors smoking weed fulling the unit with an awe full stench with kids

  : The proximity to the beach yet the quiet residential feel. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The amenities like tennis court and heated pool were a great bonus. The apartment is right on a bike trail and near restaurants and Kroegers. The access (code at the gate and door code) to the apartment was super easy.
  : The storage in the closet space could have been better. The placement of CO2 detector on top of the fridge caused the alarm to get triggered every time we made toast. We had some initial issues with signing to the Wifi but it was fixed swiftly. The cabinet door above the stove could be cleaned better.

  : Location to our booked events and the beach. Size was great. Items within the unit were adequate and nice.
  : We could hear everything happening above us - every footstep and their loud conversations. Road noise was ok
