Policies

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Wired internet is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 25 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

The property charges a refundable USD 100.00 deposit per day charge for incidentals. The property will refund any unused portion of the deposit after check-out. Contact property for details.

Pets are not permitted on the beach daily from Memorial Day (the ‎last Monday in May) through Labor Day (the first Monday in September).

Please note RVs and motorcycles are not permitted at the property.

The resort is currently under renovations in the lobby, spa & resort courtyard for some improvements that will be completed February 19, 2022. Very little impact is expected for guests
