  : We never ended up staying. The room was horrible. There mustve been a dog in there prior. Furniture was eaten. Vents were disgusting. There was carpet ripped up that I tripped over and almost fell. Went to the front desk to ask for a different room. They couldnt give us the Jacuzzi room because they wouldnt allow us to spend that much money. They wouldnt give us to adjoining rooms because that was too much money. Could you nothing to accommodate us so we left. I would never go back to this location ever it was disgusting.

  : The Staff was great & responsive. I like the space and layout of the room. It was refreshing to walk in and have the appearance of space.
  : Unfortunately, I didn't have an iron or ironing board so I left in my pajama shirt, the telephone was not working so I walked down to the front desk to inform them, the sofa bed was difficult to pull out so we left it alone and my son slept on the floor, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low so it was only a small stream of water that would come out, and we requested no housecleaning while there but they did come in and took the towels and washcloths. We managed to get through it.

  : Most of the plugs in our room wasnt working , the microwave plug had a shortage, the phone wasnt work that plug had a shortage , room service was too loud early in the morning I have kids that were sleeping .

  : The hotel is in a convenient location. The breakfast was good.
  : The room did not come with the basic amenities expected. I (and my family) had to go back and forth with staff in order to get enough towels and washcloths (there was no clean linens at the property for at least half a day) and an ironing board that was not full sized. The furnishings in the room were in disrepair (the sofa beds upholstery was ripped) and dingy (sofa bed, toilet, and tub). When I finally received towels and washcloths (one of the washcloths was full of holes), I was informed by the staff member that she had upgraded my room before check in. It was not worth what I paid in the first place!I guess there are HVAC issues in the building because there were mobile units space heaters in the lobby. It was very hot in the lobby. I reached out to corporate about my issues a week ago but received no response.
