  : Beautiful wooden style apartments only 5min walk from the ski area! Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious and also include slovenian traditional cuisine.
  : The staff at the reception is often overhelmed with tasks, since they are also responsible for the bar at the lobby. Despite of all they were always friendly, you only needed to wait a bit longer for your order.

  : Nothing apart from the fact that the front desk representatives understood our plight, but they could not override the reservation's and hotel management's harsh and rigid decision.
  : Do not stay at this hotel. They are a rip off. We booked 4 nights here so that we could enjoy close proximity to the ski slopes only to find on arrival that the resort was closed and indeed there was no snow on the ground. The resort failed to notify us that the mountain was bereft of any snow and given we had travelled from Australia to Slovenia to ski, it was a total waste of money. We requested to cancel the 4 nights and offered as reasonable compromise that we pay for at least 2 night's and they refund 2 nights. They refused and said that this was their policy, knowing full well that we had travelled all the way from Australia. We stayed one night and then travelled to Austria where we had to pay again for accommodation but at least we were able to ski. We let the property know of our disappointment, but they were steadfast in their 'policy' and would not provide any form of refund. Interestingly, when we made a final effort to request a refund, they property offered us a 2 night's accommodation voucher to be used before November 2024. A disingenuous offer when the property's management knew full well that we lived in Australia. and would not be back. Don't ski here or stay here - it is too unreliable. An expensive lesson to learn. Oh, and the apartment that we did stay in for 1 night had no hot water in the evening or in the morning of our departure.

  : Big apartment, clean, facilities are good, nice shower and good kitchen even though everything is a little bit older. The location is nice as the cable car is only 5 min away. Down with the cable car plus bus ride to Maribor is worth to do.The indoor pool is supernice, also with a whirlpool. There is also a kids room, which was amazing for us.
  : The bed was super cracking, you always woke up when someone turned around, with a small baby not perfect, that we even slept on the couch in the living room. One of us used the massage service which was definitely not good, we got the money back for it which is a super nice reaction of the Hotel.

  : Our apartment was next to the pool area - there was permanent noise during the night as well

  : We got a bigger app, with lot of space, which was great and cozy but we didn't need that much space. Staff was very kind and helpful. We used massage and swimmingpool and everything was awesome.App had big bedroom with lots of clothes cabinets, big hallway with lots of cabinets, big kitchen with dining area and living area with fireplace.
  : Very hard uncomfortable beds with just plywood under the matrace. So very painful for sleep if you have a backache. I didn't like balcony doors which leeds to the street, it was ground floor, no fence.
