  : The location was great and the place was spacious, well maintained and clean. There is free parking very close by. The kitchen was well equipped.
  : For the high price we would have expected enough toilet paper( There was only 1 roll for 4 people, 4 nights),dishwashing soap and at least some hand towels. Furthermore the wifi only worked for the first day of our 5 day stay and the washing machine as well as the dryer we heavily relied on didnt work either.

  : Big apartment. Location in Hollum is good.
  : > UNACCEPTABLE. You book the appartement & pay heavy fee for the cleaning but when you get to the appartement theres an entire list of things for you to do before leaving!!! From bedsheets, to kitchen, to leaving the house as almost as you got it. And we need to do this before 10:00am. Unacceptable. Even after calling the owner and asking to stay later, we couldnt do it all, with so many people to take showers, have breakfast etc. Its also not common to pay end cleaning services as they call it and then ask people to stay over and do a bunch of those cleaning services. We did as best as we could but had to leave the dishes in the dishwasher because the thing took way too long to wash properly! > Its too easy to crack the code for the keys, for our or other apartments.

  : Very beautiful Appartement. It comes with everything one needs except for towels. We had some with us for the beach. Very nice bathroom and a very cosy living room.
  : Internet is very poor. Not sufficient if you need to work during the holidays. Also if you want to watch something download your shows or movies at home and dont stream them. Mattresses are very soft but thats like that in practically every Appartement or hotel room on Ameland, its just something one has to get used to.
