  : They charged 120 to my card before I even got there. When I did, I was told that they took the money to hold the room. They charged me the full price and in turn told me that was the deposit (which states on website and on-site that it's only 100). I go to pay, and they only accept chip cards (which was not specified on Booking. Com but only in their office). Needed 2 remotes. 1 for volume and one for channels. The pool is dirty. When we checked out this morning, I showed the morning staff lady that my card was processed for the $120 not put on hold like I was told. I was then told it takes 2-3 days for my money to come back on my card. It doesn't state that. States deposit money returned same day as checkout. I'm waiting patiently for my refund of the money they took off my card, not a hold. Clearly, never staying here again. Looks nothing like photos.
