: The apartment was super clean and spacious. The ocean view was exactly what I expected, and the pictures online were truly representative of the real thing. The owner provides daily access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella from Esteban's Beach Service. This was a great bonus. Another review of this property stated that the bathroom needed updating. I'm pretty sure the bathroom has been completely redone, because it was very nice during my stay. It had a new marble topped vanity, new modern toilet, and very cute shower with a rain showerhead.
: The bed was pretty hard, and the pillows were basically flat. There were 3 main elevators and 1 service elevator. Most of the time only 1 of the main elevators was in service due to an upgrade project. A few times it was more convenient to take the stairs than to wait for an elevator - even though the apartment is on the 14th floor! Hopefully the lack of elevators is temporary. One thing I really didn't like is that we had to pay $20 each for 2 wireless security fobs for entry into the building, pool, and beach.

: Access to the beach was great! Condo was clean and mostly accommodating
: Having to go over to a completely different building to put money on a laundry card was inconvenient. The beds were very uncomfortable
