: Cottage was very spacious and very clean. It was peaceful with lovely views but also in a good location would definitely go back to this cottage
: Thought the garden needed a bit of TLC that could me being picky because I love gardening. The garden had no colour and slightly over grown

: Second visit to the cottage speaks for its self, its a lovely compact cottage in a great location
: Nothing, the kettle blew on us, but things like that happen. Could do with more recycling info, the pillows need replacing , but we knew that and took our own. Well worth the money.

: We loved the view and also the peace and quiet, The cottage was quite comfortable and everything worked in the kitchen but there was a lack of appliance instructions.
: Sykes Cottages staff were very unhelpful when we tried speaking to them on the phone. We had no contact with the owner or the cleaner and no contact number if anything went wrong. We asked some questions before the holiday but received no answer from Sykes Cottages. We sent messages to Booking Com by the message service but had no response. We wanted to report that the key box was rusty and broken and we were therefore unable to lock the key in when we left. We were unable to dispose of our rubbish because the bin outside was full. There appeared to be no facility for recycling. The appliances did not have instructions o n their use. To sum up - there was a lack of human input to an otherwise excellent place to stay.

: The inside of the cottage was good and met our expectation. It was clean and well equipped.
: The outside of the property was disappointing. The garden was poorly maintained and there was no access to the garden room.
