  : Well located property which is thoughtfully equipped with beach umbrella and chairs. the bed was very comfortable, the futon couch was NOT! kitchen equipped with nice pots and pans etc but only one teaspoon and one full size fork. Unlike many condos there was a good supply of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, toilet paper etc. and towels and sheets were good quality. The blackout curtains were very effective and both the area and the building were quiet. Good quality appliances and in unit washer and dryer too. We appreciated the generous storage space and lovely high pressure rain shower head. They have free parking which is rare. Unit owners were easy to reach and responsive and kind. The photos are accurate.
  : The pool was closed long term while we were there, as was the hot tub and sauna. I believe this was noted on the property website but not their listing with Booking.com which mentions them as amenities. it’s a secure building with a security desk but there is no key to the deadlock on the room, no room safe and the door to the deck was missing the lock. The slide lock replacing it had been forced at one time and was bent which made me a bit uncomfortable. There was no deck furniture for the lanai. The building is older and dated as are some of the furnishings in the unit, although it’s all functional and very clean. The outlet by the table only had one side working so you could not plug in both the pendant lamp over the table and your phone or computer.
