  : I did not get the room that was advertised. No ocean view, no pool, no maid service, not even the sofa that was advertised. I paid extra money to this hotel because I added a person to my reservation, and we still werent accommodated in any way.

  : The only thing I liked was that it is in a central and safe area.
  : I would have loved to give this hotel a 5-star rating but unfortunately my experience, far from being the one I idealized and dreamed of being Hawaii one of the destinations of my dreams, was the most disastrous of my life. Especially because I did not feel valued as a client and since I arrived I expressed my feelings finding a dirty room and it did not correspond at all to the photos shown in advertising and I have not had a response so far. However to charge and offer me other nights of stay before the trip if they responded. Even the day before check out they cynically told me that I could extend the same for an extra 75usd. I have all the messages as evidence. The room's balcony was full of sawdust, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The bottom of the refrigerator in the room was full of dust. On the floor there was, apart from churre, rest of women's hair. The furniture looks old and overused. In the bathroom there was a stench of urine since we arrived, the mirror was dirty, in the sink you can see the mold below. A lot of churre and garbage remains on the bathroom floor, behind the toilet for example, the broom did not pass at all. In the bathtub what struck me the most was the shower curtain which is dirty, discolored, old and full of mold which is literally disgusting. Apart from the fact that when you are taking a bath, the bathtub gets clogged and the water remains stagnant. The soap dish is rusty and dirty. The shower walls are moldy and dirty. The shower is dirty, it looks like it has never been cleaned. The first day we arrived we found traces of used soap. On the other hand, they only left a bath gel that also worked as a shampoo. There was no soap, a cream as usual in hotels. In the 5 days that we stayed, they did not come once to change the sheets, towels and clean the room. Not a bottle of water was left in the fridge in the room, not even to pay for it.

  : Waited in line for two hours to get my key and run the room was not clean the balcony was full of dirt and sand inside room was not clean or vacuumed coffee was still in the coffee maker 432 For this room was not acceptable the next day I went to a five star hotel for the same price dont rip off people like this

  : Tons of fees. Property was falsely advertised. No ocean view or mountain view. Overpriced and the fees were a joke.

  : The location and the balcony view of the marina are excellent.
  : This "condo" is just a regular hotel room in the Ala Moana Hotel. Upon check in I had to pay a $300 hotel fee that was not disclosed during booking, but received an Ala Moana Hotel welcome letter saying the room included wifi, cleaning, etc, so I figured the fee was worth it. However, there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper in the room so I asked the cleaner in the hall for a roll and she said "I'm not supposed to give because you stay in the condo room." Guests left their used towels outside their doors in the morning and the cleaner picked them up, however they did not pick up ours. In the end it was not clear what I paid for. Furthermore, I cleaned the dirty aircon vent on day 3 after we kept waking up with sniffles.

  : The room itself was nice. The view was out of this world. The room was clean and the balcony was nice as well. There were a lot of shops downstairs and the beach is across the street.
  : There was no room service and I asked for a single bed but was given a double bed instead. I talked to the concierge and every question I asked her she has no answer.

  : Yall this lady had the nerve to try and charge me $150 for damaged towels. We washed with the towels. Thats it thats all I didnt put makeup on one but $150 for towels. Yall she greedy she doesnt return your calls or text. Charged me an arm and leg on booking but on airbnb its only $561 but on here its $935. I also paid $176 when I got there for other fees and etc which I assumed was the deposit. This lady is really messed up.
